" I joined the company in 2007 as Marketing Manager for Adams Rite Europe based in Swanley Kent and subsequently progressed to Head of Marketing for ASSA ABLOY Security Solutions and to my current role as ASSA ABLOY’s Marketing Director supporting the four ASSA ABLOY branded Business Units of Security Solutions, Security Doors, Access Control and UK Specification. During my 10 years with the company, I have attended various training programmes to further develop my skills. These training programmes also provide the opportunity to network with employees across the business. I have been involved in a number of key Marketing projects during my time with ASSA ABLOY including the Chubb rebranding to UNION in 2010 and the launch of both the Access Control and UK Specification businesses to the market in 2011 and 2014 respectively. As a female in ASSA ABLOY I have been given the same opportunities as my male colleagues to progress and develop my career and I sees this as a positive message for my female employees.
