Talent Acquisition Director Sweden


Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who can take the lead on building our internal Talent Acquisition function?

Our colleagues in Sweden are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead our internal Talent Acquisition function. We want to change our ways of working, going from using external providers to build an in-house function. As the Talent Acquisition Director, your mission is to help us get there. In order to do so, you are likely to travel quite a bit, but you can be based in Stockholm, Landskrona, or Mölnlycke.


About the role

We need an energetic leader, who is passionate about finding the right - and the best - talent for our current and future organizational needs. You will, together with your team, proactively build and maintain our talent pipeline and also make sure that we deliver a modern recruitment process and a great candidate experience.


Other key responsibilities are:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Establish strong relationships with all stakeholders to design and execute recruiting plans, to address current and future talent needs
  • Responsible for KPI:s and follow-ups
  • Leverage multiple recruitment channels, including social media, LinkedIn, Employee Referral programs, job boards, and direct sourcing


About you

This is an opportunity for someone who has strong business acumen combined with outstanding people skills. You enjoy working closely with the business and have a demonstrated experience in managing and influencing senior level stakeholders and building strong relationships. We also believe that you have a proactive approach and know how to prioritize and deliver on deadlines. We think that you have:


  • More than 5 years solid experience from an in-house Talent Acquisition team and an international environment
  • Previously been a part of building up an internal Talent Acquisition function
  • Certified and experienced in some kind of assessment tool
  • Leadership and/or project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish


Experience from working with success factors is a clear advantage as well as knowing our industry.
