As Human Resources Manager, based in Bucharest, you will be implementing and adapting the human resources policies of the company in accordance with local legislation and the policies of the ASSA ABLOY Group. You will report to Plant Manager, Bucharest.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements the company's HR strategy, supporting the achieving of the organization's objectives and obligations towards employees;

  • Coordinates and organizes the activity of the HR & Administrative department;

  • Secures recruiting and selection services to meet the organization's needs;

  • Develops the performance assessment system to improve the employee's and the organizations' efficiency;

  • Together with management team, plans and implements training programs for employees; Supervises training activities;

  • Makes proposals regarding the personnel motivation system and organizational climate ongoing enhancement;

  • Secures support in matters related to employees relations and communication process;

  • Prepares, proposes and participates in the negotiation of the Collective Labor Contracts and the communication with Union representatives;

  • Takes part in the setting of the business plan, investment plan and annual budget;

  • Draws up human resources  guidelines and procedures and secures their implementation;

  • Ensure HR systems data base accuracy, reporting and department KPI's.

You will be our choice if you have :

  • Higher education in HR or related fields; certificates in Human Resources;

  • Extensive experience as an HR Professional;

  • Have in-depth knowledge of labor law;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Very good leadership, planning and organizational abilities;

  • Have excellent negotiation and presentation skills;

  • Problem-solving attitude and "can-do" mentality; Results and self-driven individual;

  • Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English - advanced level;
