Inside Sales Representative, EAT, Asia Pacific (HID5687)

As an Inside Sales Representative, EAT, APAC in EAT department, you will conduct outbound communication and campaigns with HID Customers, strategic business alliances, leads and prospects to provide consistent product knowledge expertise and unified message in a pre-sales capacity for HID Extended Access Technologies Products. Inside Sales will receive and process inbound communications which capitalize on HID Solutions and/or services and manage relationships with customers and contacts making use of the CRM tools supporting all customers in Asia Pacific.

What you will be doing

  • Maintain and manage all licenses and partners agreement including direct liaison with customers, update of the database and report.

  • Set up new customer account, manage account update in CRM tools, ensure all document in CRM tools is compliant to internal requirements. Directly solicit for new account information and discuss commercial terms with customers.

  • Provide quotations, screen POs and champion demand forecast in S&OP process.  

  • Set up Pricing and Special Quotes in CRM tools. Coordinate with customers and sales team to ensure all information precise and accurate for management approval.  

  • Coordinate with Customer Services, Operations and Finance for supporting sales orders and sample orders

  • Liaise with internal support teams on satisfying special customer requirements on POs.

  • Provide support to trade shows. Qualify and follow through leads to close business deals. Support Sales Team's Marketing planning on searching market intelligence / news, trade shows / events.  

  • Maintain and manage HID partner program regarding enrollment, partner product update and verification.   

  • Plan, implement, conduct and record calls. Email and direct mail campaigns including Stay in Touch Calls.

  • Plan and conduct Presentation of HID Solutions to customers via phone, call queue, direct mail and email.

  • Continuous learning of product enhancements. Communicate product updates to customers, including EOL, new technology introduction, product change notice.

  • Occasional visits with Sales team to major accounts on regular business review.

What we are looking for

  • Associate degree or equivalent with training and experience in sales, or customer service organization.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in tele-sales, inside sales, sales assistant or account management. Experience in supporting direct OEM accounts is an advantage.

  • Effective selling skills, up to date telecommunication and cold call skills, as well as Good interpersonal skill.

  • Effective and proven contact management database skills.

  • Demonstrated time management, communication, decision-making, presentation and organization skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and complete short-term and/or long term tasks and project assignments on time

  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Understanding Japanese will be beneficial but not a must. 

  • Professional appearance and presentation as required.
