Position - Senior/HR Operations Executive

Location - Mumbai

Employment type: Permanent

Reports to: HR Operations Manager

Role & Responsibilities -

●      Liasoning with compliance partners to ensure all documentation and filing  as per statutory compliance standards

●      To execute monthly reports and MIS, and accuracy of employee database

●      To manage monthly payroll in coordination with payroll partner and internal stakeholders.

●      To share monthly payroll reports and provisions with the Finance team.

●      Handle payroll related grievances of employees in coordination with internal hr team.

●      To ensure clear and timely follow up on HR processes across employee cycle from hiring to exit including onboarding, confirmation, separation, etc.

●      To handle policy and benefits administration.

●      To face Payroll audits and other HR audits.

●      To complete employee filing and documentation and also regularly audit employee files and contracts with vendors

●      To prepare all official letters of the organisation as directed and approved by manager

●      To ensure HR compliance by maintaining compliance checklists & escalating issues as per the escalation matrix

●      Supporting hr team for day today activities.

●      To support HR team in process automation.

Qualification & Experience Criteria

●      Any graduation in (preferably in Human Resources)

●      4-5 years' experience in Human Resources Operations
