Established in 1963, the University of East Anglia (UEA) is one of England’s leading public research and teaching universities. The university occupies a large campus and sought a locking system for its newest on-site residence, Crome Court.

Crome Court has been specifically designed to minimise environmental impact, including CO² emissions, so any access control system is expected to contribute to that goal.

UEA has used Gallagher access control for a decade, and turned to Aperio® wireless locks to extend their platform to Crome Court.
