Procedure for arranging site visits
If you are experiencing problems with an Adams Rite product we will arrange for a representative to attend site to investigate the issue.
The procedure for arranging this is as follows:
You will be Informed that Adams Rite attend site under Terms & Conditions and outline costs involved (see T&C document).
Contact Customer Services to raise a concern asking for a site visit providing the following information:
- Customer details and contact
- Site address and contact person with contact telephone number
- Outline of application and fault
- Full code of all Adams Rite products related to fault
- Outline of customer timescale expectations
- Signed Terms & Conditions of visit
Your request will be routed to the appropriate person within AAUK who will contact site to arrange the visit.
Once the visit is completed a report outlining the representative’s findings will be sent to Adams Rite customer only, it is their decision to forward this onto their customer.
Please note that Adams Rite does not have a service department and is not in a position to perform emergency calls, this service is provided as an enhancement to our standard terms and conditions of business.
While on site Adams Rite will endeavour to repair/ make good any application however we are not service engineers with the tools to adjust doors/installation issues; the primary reason for attending site is to investigate and advise on remedial action.
